1. Educational Qualification

• Diploma Trainee: Full-time regular Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) with minimum 60% marks.

• Assistant Engineer: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Management Posts: Full-time Degree in relevant Engineering branch or MBA/CA/ICWA for HR and Finance roles.

2. Experience Requirements

• Trainee Posts: No prior experience required (Freshers).

• Engineer/Officer: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.

• Management Roles: 8 to 16 years of experience depending on the grade (Manager to DGM).

3. Age Limit (As of Jan 7, 2026)

• Management Trainee/Junior Levels: Maximum 29–30 years.

• Senior Roles: Up to 45–50 years (depending on grade).

• Note: Standard age relaxations for SC, ST, and OBC candidates apply as per Govt. norms.
