AFCAT Recruitment 2021: Important details
The application process is going to start on June 1, 2021. The last date of the application is scheduled for June 30, 2021. A total of 334 vacancies shall be filled through AFCAT Entry, NCC Special Entry, and Meteorology Entry.

AFCAT-2 Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
For Flying Branch-Candidates should have mandatorily passed with a minimum of 50% marks each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and graduate with a minimum of three years degree course in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60percent marks or equivalent.
BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60 percent marks or equivalent.
Candidates who have cleared the Section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
Ground Duty (Technical) Branch- Candidates with a minimum of 50 percent marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 12 level and a minimum of four years degree graduation/integrated post-graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized university.
Cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India.
Graduate membership examination of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers by current studies with a minimum of 60 percent marks or equivalent.
Ground Duty (Non-Technical) Branches- Administration – Passed 12 and Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 60 percent marks or equivalent or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised university with a minimum of 60 percent marks or equivalent.
Meteorology – Post Graduate Degree in any Science stream/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Geography/ Computer Applications/ Environmental Science/ Applied Physics/ Oceanography/ Meteorology/ Agricultural Meteorology/ Ecology & Environment/ Geophysics/ Environmental Biology with minimum of 50 percent marks in aggregate of all papers put together.
AFCAT Recruitment 2021: Selection process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the AFCAT written examination, the officer’s intelligence rating test and picture perception and discussion test, psychological test group tests, and interview.
The final merit list is expected to be prepared on the basis of the total marks secured by them in the written examination and in the AFSB tests.
